As the essence of Spanish life is outdoor living we feel you will find the grounds perfect. There is a large pool with sun beds for 10 set in mature gardens with ample choice of sun or shade. A large BBQ and bar area which seats 16, fridge, sink and T.V.

An additional decking area with large table is set near the pool. If all this proves to stressful there is an aromatherapy Jacuzzi that seats 8 to help you relax. The gardens, pool and Jacuzzi are maintained on a weekly basis. There is a roof terrace with sun beds, table and chairs for complete peace and quiet and is perfect for watching sun rises and sunsets, you can also see Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.

The drive can hold 4 cars and has electric gates to ensure you are not disturbed, the remote control entry system for the gates is linked to the phone system both inside the house and near the pool. There is a rotary line and clothes area in the front garden.
